My research project focuses on the evolution of variants across the human genome that are associated with pathogenicity and complex phenotypic traits. By utilizing both modern and ancient DNA data, I aim to determine the origin and the evolutionary history of these variants. Additionally,  I am interested in the exploration of imputation methodologies for retrieving missing information from ancient DNA data, specifically without the reliance on a reference panel.
