 Aurora Campo is a visiting postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (IMBB-FORTH). She holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and has extensive postdoctoral experience in Bioinformatics, with a focus on the analysis of ancient and environmental DNA. Her current research at FORTH involves the development and application of sedimentary ancient DNA (sedaDNA) approaches to study human prehistory and environmental change in Greece. She is particularly interested in integrating molecular biology, bioinformatics, and archaeology to investigate the genetic record preserved in cave sediments.
